The site benefits from excellent transport connections, with easy access to the wider road network and public transport options including established bus routes running directly alongside the site at King’s Inch Road. 32 affordable homes is proposed, representing 27% of units. A tenure blind approach to design ensures a cohesive development.
Lying in close proximity to a range of amenities including shops and leisure facilities, the site is located within a vibrant and desirable locality. Glasgow and Paisley lie within easy reach, readily accessible by both public transport and private vehicle. Many well established, residential neighbourhoods lie within a few miles of the proposed development.
