In King Street, Stirling, this project realises the redevelopment of a Grade B listed mid terraced commercial development, formerly office accommodation over three levels.
With retail on the ground floor being independently owned our remit was to prepare proposals for the conversion and modernisation of the first floor into executive serviced office space. Similarly, on the second and third floors, our remit was to facilitate the conversion of abandoned office space into executive serviced accommodation suites all of which are attractive to the local business community and tourists alike.
