30 Semple Street

We are delighted to be working with Corran Properties on the refurbishment, extension, and new facades to 30 Semple Street in Edinburgh, previously known as Excel House. Originally completed in 2001 by MLA, the building does not meet current standards for environmental performance or occupier amenities and workplace structure. Retaining much of the existing frame, we have reconfigured the building to create an additional level and superior flexibility throughout, whilst replacing all the outdated services to new, efficient electric systems. There will also be a PV Array installed on the roof for on-site renewable energy generation. Combined with new occupier amenities, we hope to provide the very highest specification of modern office accommodation and an exemplar of environmental performance.
